Homer and Mira,

I think it would be very helpful to everyone if we knew exactly which types of Bingo games the Fortune Teller WILL play and which it is not designed to play.

I know that I can play 1 card Blackout, and 3 card Slow games with it.. but that there are some Bingo game configurations that the Fortune Teller does just sit there and not play. I don't know exactly which types of Bingo game rooms they are, though.

BTW, I have good results with Fortune Teller, as long as I don't stumble into the type of room that Fortune Teller will not play in. It may be 6 card.
I am  having problems when I " room hop" and go into ANY type of Bingo game after it has started, especially Blackout.

The basic guidelines of which settings and which types of Fortune Bingo to go into would be VERY helpful on here and on the page with the Fortune Teller Auto at BH.
Thanks!!!!!!

Got a question for you if I may ask you...  I forgot where I am to look to put check mark smoothing of edges and whatnot.  My computer crashed today and lost everything.

"Joshua will be overhauling FortuneTeller very soon."(quoth MiraStarr)  IF--IF-- Josua could just make The FortuneTeller 'agent' work with MS Java...then...it would work with Room Rover.....and  then I'd be back to Fortune Bingo Overnight  :D :D :D :D

Thanks for the complements, you guys.

I just tested FortuneTeller.  The numbers were marked fine and there was no craziness.  The most likely problem is smooth fonts.  Just for fun, try this experiment.  Turn Smooth Fonts on.  Then, run FortuneTeller and see if that works any better.  Don't get too attached to those settings, though.  Joshua will be overhauling FortuneTeller very soon.

Here are the system settings on which FortuneTeller was tested just in case you are curious:
xp
firefox
sun java
smooth fonts checked

If you don't know how to change you smooth fonts settings, right click on your desktop and select "Properties".  Select the tab that reads, "Effects" (If you don't see an "Effects" tab, click on the "Appearance" tab and then the "Effects" button).  You should see a little check box for smooth fonts.

You did not say what Java you are using--it needs to be Sun if you are using IE browser,  also I get better results using Classic Windws theme with XP
FortuneTeller still not fully fixed and I find you need to babysit  :(  --update expected soon  ;D

Oh try deleating what you've got and re-download I've never had the problem with it not finding the game

I am having the same problem whereas, I load the game...I click Fortune Teller...and the window pops up and states that it cant find the game window.

1.  I am using Windows xp pro
2.  Screen res is set correctly (1024 x 768)
3.  smooth edges are unchecked
4.  32 bit color is correctly set

I still can not get the auto to work.  Any help will be greatly appreciated

Thank you
