Yes, they can.  It takes about 2 weeks if I remember correctly.

really? i didn't know they could send you a check.  Of course I've never used paypal so I wouldn't know.

They can also send you a check in the mail if you don't have a bank account.  I think it's a $1.50 fee or something similar to that.

No. You don't need a credit card for Paypal. If you were to win you would transfer the money from paypal into your bank account. Then you would use a credit card to purchase the books.

Can someone explain to me how it works, if you were to win the Pogocheats contest for the new badge albums...I know they put $16 into an account for you...but do you have to have a credit card to sign up for an account at Pay Pal or to be able to use the money on there or what?  The only reason I ask is because I don't have a credit card and I'm curious how it would work then.....thanks in advance
