i have tried to follow the instuctions but all it asks for is the reciept and to email it to them. I dont have the reciept as it was ages ago so what now !!!!

i have emailed oscar and explained and reply says stop emailing when asking for help but when purchasing at the time u dont say that so here and what do i do i am not being rude would just like help at the moment i am trying to follow you but are having trouble!!!

hi i purchased thunderpopper11 sometime ago but started using it now and noticed it had stoped working so deleted off and downloaded new one from badgehelp but its asking me to register it again and i dont have my receipt and have lost code when deleted it off so can u help me or advise me on what i can do thanks .
