Make sure you only have one java turned on. I would try it with the Microsoft VM with the JIT Compiler option checked only. You will need to restart your browser after making changes.

I need your info. See below.

1) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)
2) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)
3) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)
4) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked
6) What Java you are using
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program

You get the idea the more information the better

Disable it by following the instructions below.

How to change the Font Smoothing Settings in Windows XP
Minimize all applications so that you can see the desktop.
Right-click anywhere on the desktop background (not on an icon).
In the resulting pop-up menu, choose Properties. This will open the Display Properties dialog box.
In the Display Properties dialog box, select the Appearance tab.
In the Appearance tab, click the Effects button (lower right).
In the Effects dialog box, check the "Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts" uncheck it to disable font smoothing.
When you have finished setting these properties, click the OK buttons in both the Effects and Display Properties dialog boxes.

After doing this try the auto again.

Are you referring to PP as in PingoPinger to play EZ Win Bingo? This one doesn't work on Fortune Bingo if that is the one you're trying to use it for.
