Another thing you can do is try to finish ALL of rank 3, then you'll get rank 4. Hopefully it will save you at 4.
Then maybe it will keep track of it. Pogo has weird issues like this sometimes. ::)

Make a note of what room you are playing in and the next time you play use the same room and see if it happens. Sometimes stats wont track from room to room in some games.

Haven't heard of that one yet.. :o I imagine it could be a Pogo issue and not one on your end, that's my guess.

I'm having an issue with this game and I asked in the lobby but the oh so bright people were not understanding me.

Here's the deal, I've been on rank 3 forever. I know it takes 20 games to move up in rank. That means you complete each "round" 4 times to get a jackpot spin and that counts as one game. The problem is every time I finish 4 rounds get a jackpot spin it still says I need 5 games. I'll play another get a jackpot spin and it'll say I need 4 games. Then when I sign in the next day it'll say I need 5 games again after I complete the 4 rounds.

Am I missing something or is pogo messing up? I was thinking of emailing CS or the ask help thing but not sure if I"m messing up or what.
