Yah... same thing happened to me before.
As far as I could tell, I had lost my progress.... But after about an hour, the badges appeared in my album :)

I had the same problem, I finished my Libra badge in Mahjong Garden and closed the pop up for the new badge, and then went to start a new chalenge and they were having server issues. Went back about an hour later and the badge isn't in my album. I hate it when pogo does this crap!
