After you've completed a challenge, you can then again activate any of them and earn a 2X.

When you look in the albam, the pics that are in color you have done.....black and white ones are the ones you need to do.... O0

Is there anyway to tell what challenges you have completed in the Premium Albums?

I am currently working on the one with 12 can't figure out which ones I have completed.  It will let me activate even those I KNOW I have completed.

Probably right in front to my nose....
