Same here, Sherlock will either not do anything or start a puzzle then lock up.  It's the one auto that truly stresses me out.  I want all those badges!!

I am having the same problem, all my settings are correct. Running it at medium difficulty, and at the slowest speed possible,
Wanted to submit a screen shot to technical support, but I can't find where to?
Does anyone know the email the address please?

Thanks.

This may help those who can't get Sherlock to work. I was trying to go to a later case but by chance I went to my previous case. Sherlock worked like a dream. I don't know if this may help but it seems like you have go to an earlier case and work on each individual case as they have been put on.... HopeĀ  this works for anyone who has had trouble. ::) ::) ::)
