1. I pick a number at random and I share it with the other admins so there's no funny business.
2. We can purchase the albums for the winner or deposit the money in their paypal account. It's the winners choice.

I think the answer to #2 is they still get them......last I knew they weren't acutally buying the badges for you, they were putting the money into your paypal account for you to deal with...I've seen a couple of the winners "donate" the badge albums to people who don't already have them.
