The only time I had a problem getting a password was the first time I bought an agent.  I didn't read all of the instructions.  I didn't put the code in the message box on paypal.
BH emailed me and asked for the code.  Once I sent it, everything was ok.
I have bought well over $200. worth of helpers, one at a time without any futher problems. 
I have had to reinstall ALL of the agents and had no problem getting replacement passwords... I read all of the instructions now. 
So far I have had no real complaints with how they handle this.
I do like to grumble a bit when the agents don't work for me, but BH has always corrected what ever was going on with them.

Nevr had any probs getting my codes or with programs working until these upgrades started. Trying to understand and be patient but I need some of the older autos to use with my other names. Last few "upgrades" I've tried do not work and I am familiar with all the specifications etc. I'm just hoping everything will be upgraded and reg codes will not be a problem anymore..keeping the faith  :P

Give them time as you can see there are many program not working right now they might be little busy....

did you send your recipt when you emailed them? dont keep emailing them or they will block you and give them time  they are trying to fix other cheats and arent always checking the email.

I have emailed badge help so amy time that it is not funny I have sent one ever yday this week I ahve 3 cheats with no actviation code and i still cant get the hearts cheat fixed I am getting tired of this i will not ask any more.
