Still having the same problems with MadJong so I'm thinking a re-install is the only options.

Here are the settings:

1) Operating system XP Pro
2) Browser Internet Explorer
3) Color setting 32 bit
4) Screen resolution 1024x768
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts Unchecked
6) What Java you are using Sun & MS Java installed
7) Which program are you using and does anything at happen when you start the program Using MadJong ... the auto comes on ... finds the window ... and then 'sits' and does nothing ... however the timer continues within the game. ( we won't even BEGIN to discuss the issues with Sherlock[/i] )

The game is set to MEDIUM - however, it has the same issues no matter which level it is put on.
No new programs added.
No programs or files removed.
No environmental settings within the PC has been adjusted or altered since the auto last successfully worked.
No error messages are showing within the auto or within the PC.

  QUESTIONS
By choosing to uninstall ... are there more files than just the folder of "BadgeHelp" that should be deleted?
Will a re-install detect residual files left after deleting the previous auto?

Thanks!

You might try deleting the old one and downloading a fresh copy. If that doesn't work I need more info.

Please make sure to give as much information as you can when you have technical problems.

Here are some things that will help:

1) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)
2) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)
3) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)
4) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked
6) What Java you are using
7) Which program are you using and does anything at happen when you start the program

You get the idea the more information the better.

I surely don't, I have had the same problem just happen to me, only autos that seemed to work-were the ones I didn't need anymore;(   I have kept all mine updated, but I guess I am just missing the littlest thing!
Hope it all straightens out.

I have purchased a few of the "autos" and they ran perfectly for several weeks ... however, now they will "load" but not activate.

I haven't changed any settings or added - nor removed - any applications.  Obviously with any computer system is are always "hick-ups," and I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this - the "autos" stopping.

I thought that perhaps uninstalling and then reinstalling the programs might be the way to go ... however, there is no "uninstall" options and they programs are not listed in my Window's Uninstall Directory.

Anyone have any advice?
