okay thanks....and I deleted my free one...when I downloaded the upgrade...so I no longer feel like I cheated badgehelp.... :D

There are no plans for another 2 for 1 sale. If BH does have another sale you might ask then.

I sent in quite a few request yesterday evening....and got all of them back in a few minutes....I did want to ask a question.  If and when you ever have another 2 for 1 sale....how do you ever get the update for the free one...as you have no proof of purchase for it.  I was stupid and I read the 2004 post about buy one get 1 free on Oct 27. 2005 ...and bought one on the 28th and put in my code for a free one.....and for some reason they gave me one.  I have later read the post and know it was for the year 2004.  But, I thought since I had it...they might upgrade it....but I had no proof of purchase...so could not get it upgraded.  Would like to know what to do ..incase you ever have another 2 for 1 sale.

I would think you should have your codes by now unless Oscar is swamped with emails requesting codes.

Explain to him your not trying to be a pest and that you just want to make sure he received your request. Cut and paste your receipt in the email as well. That way if he did not get it he doesn't have to email you back asking for the receipt again.

Are you sure there were no attachments? Anything like a smiley, stationary etc would create an attachment that would wind up in the BH trash can. Also, you might want to check your trash can. Sometimes email programs will put BH emails in the trash if you don't have them on your safe list.

I submitted a request for replacement codes yesterday ... and I haven't heard from anyone yet.  Just checking on the status.

I copied the PayPal transcripts in the email I submitted.
