About your golf auto

1. The badge help site also has a program that will remove every trace of the auto from you system.  (it's free) If you haven't tried it yet, I would do that first and then re down load the auto and see if you get a different password.  If that works then click on the link for re-registering your auto. If it doesn't work then go to step 2 below.  replacecode@aol.com  Make sure you copy and paste your receipt in the body of the email, don't attach it.

2. send a nice short email to badgehelp@aol.com.
Explain what is going on when you try to register and about the letter A.
Then under that
Copy and paste your paypal receipt in the body or the email (do not attach, they don't accept any email with attachments)
I wouldn't send more than one email about it right now.  They have been very busy the last few days and have to be really tired.

The jigsaw auto might not work with windows 2000.  Someone else will have to answer that for you.  Most of the autos are wrote for winxp I think.
Good Luck

I have tried using both java and vm-no help there.

Here's my info:
1) Operating system:Windows 2000
2) Browser:Internet Explorer
3)Color setting:32 bit
4) Screen resolution:1024x768
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts unchecked
