 O0 O0 O0 TY TY TY all for finding me !!! i got them both going . Sorry took soooooooooo long to reply back but..........i have a couple issues with  a couple other programs . i am reading others problems and resolving with help they get .Soooooooooo , again ty all for your help ;D ;D

       I deleted my Sherlock until there is a auto fix I use JIGSAW DETCTOR the older one it works great I got my badge yesterday with no problems It works excellent ;)

Another idea for you,it worked for me when I had the same problem.I had always copied and pasted the codes from badgehelps email.One game just wouldn't take the code until I hand-typed it in in lower case.Hope this helps! O0

Try to copy and paste your password and see if that does it. 
If not copy and paste your paypal receipt into the body of an email  along with a description of the problem to replacecode@aol.com
I had a problem with one not saving the password when I closed the program.  It took several emails and new codes, but it finally worked.
