to clear out the java cache in vm go to tools,  internet options, settings, view objects, high light what you want to remove and hit delete

Well, if you have SunJava, go to the start menu, programs, there sould be a folder called Java, or something close to that. Then, click the option that says control panel and there should be some choice in there to delete all temp. files...if I'm remembering right. IF that doesn't work, sorry, that's the only way I remember how to do it...lol Other people will be waking up soon and maybe they could further assist you  :)

I just go into Java and delete all the files in there. Hope this helps.
