R.I.P. Denis Weaver. I enjoyed him both as Chester on Gunsmoke and as McCloud. He was a very good actor and from everything I ever read about him, he was just as good a person. Denis Weaver is the 3rd actor of his generation to die this past week. I'm sure he and Don Knotts and Gavin McLeod are all in heaven entertaining their fans there!

Well considering this thread is 2 pages long now, and there are more threads on other celebs that have passed on, I'd say quite a bit of people care. If you don't care, then don't read and don't post. There's no reason to trash up a thread with a disrespectful comment.
