my easy no bake cheese cake receipe goes like this....

Open box...add milk to powder mix and mix well......pour in store bought pre-made graham cracker crust and refridgate!

Oh I am soo with ya

True story - Single mom, dating is NOT easy and doesnt happen often .. meet this really nice guy, invite him over to cook him dinner (ha ha) - Chicken spaghetti for dinner, I make a cheesecake for dessert - Youngest daughter, was 4 at the time says .. real serious .. "I need to tell you, Mommy said not to, but you really have to know. This stuff came from a box." I was soo red, got up, to make myself busy and said "Yeah, but come on who really bakes a cheesecake?" .. Well, he used to bake designer cheesecakes for a local restaurant.

lol that is too cute!

8 oz Cream Cheese - room temperature
1/3 cup Lemon Juice
1 tsp Vanilla
1 can condensed Sweetend Milk
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Cream the cheese until smooth and fluffy
Add Condensed Sweetened Milk - mix until smooth
Add lemon Juice and vanilla -mix well
Pour into crust
Refrigerate 2 - 3 hours

Topping of choice - I like mine with canned cherry pie filling on the top.

Also: You can use those little Fillo Cups you find in the freezer section for parties.

I have this same recipe and I add 1/2C sugar to make it just a bit sweeter. Great recipe Shady, thanks for sharing with all of us.

It really is good and easy. It's one of the first things my sons learned how to make on their own. They liked it so much.

hubby's version of cheese cake is a package or two of cream cheese thrown in a box of cake mix-follow the cake mix  exactly but throw in one or two box's of 8oz of cream cheese depending of if your doing a double batch or not, bake and there ya go
