I have done all the same too, TRIED to delete the old version, but it seems to embedded itself into my computer..unable to delete, I sure don't like how the downloads are permanent fixtures now. Do you offer refunds on autos that don't work? I'm sure this note will tick a few off, but hey.....it's pretty frustrating on this end too.

Hi salem,


I noticed you had not put your screen resolution in, it should be 1024x768,

Do not have both javas checked at the same time use one or the other,

screen res is 1024X768
problem is that it will start to play, but only clicks on 2-3 ducks then just stops.

     1.) Operating system: XP
     2.) Browser:  Internet Explorer
     3.) Color setting: 32 bit
     4.) Screen resolution:
     5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts:  Unchecked
     6.) What Java you are using: Micorsoft Java
     7.) What agent are you using: Quack Attack
     8.) What version number is this agent:  2.0
     9.) What specifically is the problem

If all else fails, take a screen shot of your windows, save in bmp format (just paste in paint brush and save) and email it to oscar@badgehelp.com

Hello. I tried using Quack Attack today, and it just clicks 2 ducks then stops. HELP  :'(
I have tried IE, Firefox, and AOL. I have WinXP, 32 bit color. I have tried SUN and MS JAVA.... checked and unchecked smooth fonts.... still only checks 2 or 3 ducks then stops.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, as I hate this game!!
