I have the same problem when I use my SBC browser, but if I use IE it comes up no prob. ;)

he will have to go into display and change settings.....resolution is to small,,,,then u have chat area....worked for me....gl

On the top task bar,  where the address bar is, right click somewhere blank,    a screen should pop up with a bunch of things check marked,  like address bar,  tool bar,  links.....etc.    Uncheck a couple of those and see if that helps,   will create more space for the game and the chat box may show up.   I had to do that with mine with smart explorer.    Hope that helps.

My uncle just registered for pogo. Not club, but he is playing pool now and cannot see chat. He has tried Slots and same thing. We have changed screen size and that still doesn't help. Any suggestions.
