Just double chack for me.

It indicates the version in the title bar when you open it. If it isn't version 1.6 go to BH and download the latest version. If you have 1.6 take a SS and send it to badgehelp@aol.com

Have you tried Jigsaw Detector?

moves all pieces too the corner and says bad piece over and over

Knowing the above information might help in assisting you with your problem. Also, there is an updated version of Sherlock available @ BadgeHelp.com. The current version is 1.6 so if you're not using that, you might want to try downloading that one and seeing if it corrects your problem.
