Do you HAVE to freeze it for a month? I'm sure it's very tasty but the last thing I want when I'm ready to cook is some moldy steaks!

Okay .. I am no Julia Child .. but uhhh umm doesnt putting it in the freezer eliminate the mold factor?

I'm no.... ummm, that "Bam" Chef so I will have to take your word on it!

These sound good.  I'm always buying & stocking up on burger when its on sale.  I'll have to try these.  Be nice to have these in the freezer then have em ready to cook (especially on badge day) when we want something quick, lol.  Thanks!   :)

No,  you don't have to freeze it,   I was copying word for word from the magazine it was published in.   The magazine had a whole bunch of recipe's to freeze then thaw when ready to cook.    The freezing comes in handy for those who work and want to assemble on the weekend and cook later in the week or whatever.   If you don't want to freeze it,  then just bring it straight to the grill once it's put together.
