Yes you can buy salmon without the skin and bones, it's a little pricey but is so much easier than regular salmon.  It's also easy to remove the bones and skin from canned salmon if you use a teaspoon just lightly run it over the chunks of salmon.  Canned salmon is cooked in the can at the processing plant the bones are edible, very soft but to me nasty looking lol.  So I remove all that i can before making the patties.  Hope this helps.

The recipe for tuna patties made me think of my mom's sal-mon patties....but I wonder if someone can help me....I'm afarid to make them because I remember my mom always having to pick the bones outta the sal-mon(the can kind)...I'm curious if you can buy the canned kind without bones??  Or is it easy to "debone" it??  Thanks in advance for your help!!

Edit:  LOL PC doesn't like the word Sal-Mon lol
