I finally got mine to work.  What I did was this:

brought up PegStreet FIRST
then brought up my room and table
didn't touch it after that, just let it run

I am having cribbage issues also.

1.) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)?  WinXP Home SP2
2.) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)? IE6.?
     3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)? 32bit
     4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)?  1024x768
5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked? unchecked
6.) What Java you are using?  not the Sun one...
7.) What agent are you using? Peg Street
8.) What version number is this agent? v0.1
9.) What specifically is the problem? the game will try to select a card to send to crib, but wont actually send it to the crib.  It picks the card, (to make the card stick out a bit) but wont click on the send to crib button.
