5 or 6 Chicken breasts
2 cups of fresh mushrooms
½ cup Italian salad dressing
1 large onion chopped
1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese

Soak mushroom in salad dressing for an hour or longer. Brown chicken
breast and place in casserole dish. In heavy frying pan sauté onion
in butter. Drain mushrooms and add to onions. Mix with cheese. Pour
on chicken and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Sounds yummy except I don't eat cheese or mushrooms. Think I lost more of the flavor right there!
