Have no clue what your talking about? ???

If you are talking about reformatting your pc you need the program cd's or windows cd for your pc.

A back up is when you back up the files on your pc onto a floppy or cd-r.

Might you mean an emergency boot disk? If you don't have one you can go to your local computer store and if your friendly enough and bring your own disk the clerk might be nice enough to make you one. ;)
