Click on HELP on the home page
click on the search button you do not have to fill in any fields
You will now have a new tab at the top next to the FAQS tab ASK A QUESTION

Can someone please tell me step by step how to ask pogo a question?  I bought something in the mini mall and it is not showing in my closet but when I try to buy it again, it says I already own it.

When I try to use the help section it asks me to choose a game, etc and I am really confused.
