You may have bad game files delete them by following the instructions below.

Internet Explorer>tools>general tab>view objects
You will see all the Pogo files.  Delete the chess file and go back to Pogo and start the game up again.

Whenever I run pogo gambitron I get into the game and it says Fatal Error - Graphics Failure on Internal Device, and it doesn't allow me to run the game.
