We have talked about making an uncensored room before, and decided against it. A board like that would most likely cause hurt feelings, and just be full of flame wars. That's not the type of thing we would like to have here.
Aside from that, most people are mature enough to show some respect and restraint. I would hope we don't really need a board for a couple of childish people.
