I'm not really sure if this will help or not. When we were making our name tags and stuff, we used this site to make the glitter move.

Ok, I am editing some glitter pics to make me a nice sig. My question is.. all i have is paint that came with windows xp. :(

Does anyone know a good free program that will let me edit this pics and save them to where they will still be animated glittery?
Paint will save it but they arent animated anymore!!
