well I found her quite patience with me thank goodness.

And they did contact me within 12 hours as promised with a new password. It worked !!

I'm glad to see it all worked out for you and they sent a new password. If you ever need help again, just ask. There will always be someone willing to help out.  O0

yes Ms Helen
the registration code is still the same

I enter the password they sent via email in the box
and it gives me the error message stated above.

what to do............what to do.........

I appreciate you and your time Helen

If the registration code is still the same and the p/w they sent you doesn't work.....all you can do is send them the registration code again to replacecode@aol.com and explain your problem. It may take a few hours to hear back from them so don't panic.

The registration and password are 2 entirely different codes. Try copying and pasting the password. Sometimes you make the tiniest mistake and don't even realize it.

Hello, and good day
I have received my password via email and entered it accordingly but receive the error message
"Sorry, that key is not valid. please carefully
recheck your registration code and key.

Mind you I've followed the instructions precisely.

Is the registration code and the password key supposed to be the same?
Because the are different.

Any suggestions, recommendations, or ideas???
