I eat alot of cream cheese myself....great quick breakfast is
Soften 4 oz of cream cheese in micro for about 30 seconds....stir till its creamy ..add 2 eggs ...mix 1 pkg of splenda ( or whatever kinda sugar u use) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and a pinch of Cinnamon ...mix it up and microwave 1 1/2 minutes...its yummy

Tara....love the recipe. What do you put the mixture in when you put it in the microwave?

I so love anything with cream cheese in it.

In fact I use Cream Cheese in my version of Beef Stroganoff. It thickens the sauce quite nicely so the gravy sticks to the noodles. ;)

i would like that recipe  :) please?

I know this is technically "old" ...

Foxx did you ever make this? And how did it turn out?

We have a family/everyone I've never met bbq this weekend  (Excuse for everyone to drink) and I was looking for something different to make. This group enjoys the munchier stuff ... btwn pool, darts, euchre, closest to the pin golf, the kids fishing and the booze flowing ... Anything that takes too much time is just a waste.

Is this what you had in mind?

INGREDIENTS:
2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Ranch dressing
3/4 cup pepper sauce, such as FranksĀ® Red HotĀ®
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1 bunch celery, cleaned and cut into 4 inch pieces
1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DIRECTIONS:
Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks and crackers.
