this is pretty simple and my man loves these
7-10 fresh sprigs of rosemary try to find small sprigs easy to skewer mushrooms and wont break them.
I grow my own so I use rosemary in everything lol.. the mushrooms really pick up the wonderful taste of rosemary

1 lg package mushrooms
wash mushrooms and cut 1/4 off of stem
skewer rosemary through mushroom
place on plate and drizzle olive oil over skewered mushrooms
sprinkle favorite seasoning over mushrooms...I use emerils or Johnny's...Johnny's is a northwest favorite  O0
