Did you purchase it on a Tuesday or Wednesday? If so, that's their busiest days of the week. The challenges are listed a week ahead of time on Pogo so if you know you will need a code or an auto, it's best to do it on any other day of the week than Tuesday or Wednesday.

:OO Not sure what happened but after I downloaded my game and purchased it, it never sent me to another page to put in my code. I have emailed who I was suppose to but no response as of yet. Is there anything else I should do or will they take care of it? I sent them my code and the the proof that I paid for it. And WHY does it take them forever to send your password?
