I am on aol but use firefox to run most autos so tried to update from there and it worked. Also managed to update my Autolotto as well but it wont update the Poppa Zoppa auto - will try again tomorrow on that one lol.

tara it shouldn't  i got a issue too my computer i had my autos on was in the shop for a memory upgrade and a new dvd burner this last week hubby downloaded something on there that put a virus on it the gentleman upgrading the comp called here told me i went right down there to look for myself sure enough it was a virus i told the guy wipe everything out n start over now here is my prob i got to reregister all autos again but that not it only one i had registered before i had comp redone was fortune bingo helper on my pannel i don't want to ask for a reset since really shouldn't be that nessasary now to reregister my fortune bingo helper should i just email that code into badgehelp when i ready for it?

Are you on AOL?  If so, you may need to refresh the download page before downloading the agent.  AOL doen't refresh web pages you visit.  Say you visit the page then something is changed, it will still be the old page for AOL users unless you refresh the page.  Hope this helps.

It won't be in your add/ remove programs, but when you downloaded it, did you download to your desktop?  I just delete mine from my desktop. Reboot my computer. Go download a new version. I don't go deleted all through my computer and it works for me.

I've done all that and cleared cookies, temporary files and java but when I re download it I still get version 6.3   :'(( - any ideas why?

1.) Open up "My Computer"
2.) Select your "C" Drive
3.) Select "Program Files"
4.) Select "BadgeHelp"
5.) Select "JigsawDetector"
6.) Select the auto and delete it from there.
7.) Restart your computer
8.) Download new one
9.) Enjoy!

Hi, I'm a new member of the 150 club and I love the badge cheats but I'm having a problem and I hope someone can help me.

I have Jigsaw version 6.3 which doesn't seem to want to work properly and I know that version 6.4 has been released. This will sound daft but I can't get the old version to delete so I can download the new one. I am on Windows XP home and when I go into add/remove programmes there is nothing there for any of the cheats for me to delete so I'm not sure how I do it.

Please help if you can.  :OO
