i have to use sun with jigsaw and turn speed up all the way hope this works for you  O0

also under the advanced tab make sure you only have the one Java checked  if you can't see jit after sun i think you can d/load it from here somewhere   the msvm  Java  ,   best thing to do is just take Ur time and gradually work through things  u'll find its proberly a simple problem with a simple solution

Change your screensize to 1024 X768 also. Make sure you don't have any other programs running in the back that you don't need. Uncheck your smooth fonts. Maybe that will fix you up.

to check your smoothfonts

right click your desktop

and go to :::

Properties -> Appearances -> Effects

it will be the second option on the screen.

Here are the specs:

1.) Operating system - XP
     2.) Browser - Internet Explorer
    3.) Color setting - 32 bit
     4.) Screen resolution (800x600
     5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked? - Not sure how to check
     6.) What Java you are using? - not sure how to check
     7.) What agent are you using? Jigsaw  & sherlock
     8.) What version number is this agent - 6.4

jigsaw detective always worked great for me, it was sherlock that gave me a hard time  ;)

I have tried EVER upgrade and version since the second release, The very FIRST Jigsaw Detective worked for me, all the new ones do is just sit there, and the Sherlock keeps giving me errors, (cant find game window) when it is right there, ANY suggestions is appreciated. - Running XP.
