When you save it are you just saving it to your desktop?  If so just delete from your desktop, reboot your computer, download the auto again and leave it open. When the code comes then paste it in there.

Are you on AOL by chance?  Because if you are, I think you have to refresh your page or something. It's posted somewhere around here about AOL users.

the next time leave it up the put that code in when oscar send it to you dl again then keep it open till you get your code then put it in hope that helps
