I just had a lightbulb go off.......what if BH sent the right codes just got them mixed up?  Guess what, they did.  The one they sent me for Bloopage was for HitMe2 and the one for HitMe2 was for Bloopage.

So I put the codes in and my problem was solved.

Thank you all for your patience and help!

Thank goodness you finally got it figured out. Most of the time it's a small over looked thing. Good luck on your badges!

Sorry it didnt help spoonz but hopefully it may help someone else.

The only other 3 suggestions I can make   :)) (as Homer says your codes on the autos dont change usually, they are your machines codes)  Is delete EVERYTHING to do with the auto, turn off system restore, delete all temp internet files, delete all java files (usually found in control panel), do a spyware check with something like spybot, do a virus check.  Re-boot your computer, turn system restore back on and only then re-install the auto, keep the auto open till you get your new code (do nothing else on the computer until the code is received back) and submit your code.

The other suggestion is a little more drastic and will require a lot of work if you have loads of autos delete them completely including the badge help files, using the steps above and start again.

And finally if you have a usb stick or can copy stuff to a cd, copy them there, then do the steps above and re-install the faulty auto.
Then you can transfer back the other auto's making sure the badge help file is moved back to the c drive (program files)

Hope one of the above helps

Ok, one question....

All of the codes you send to BH are in caps correct?

Here are the 2 codes I have: DNMBSGE and GPCGKIV.  Can't mess up the 1st one, but the 2nd one has an "i" (cap).  The "i" looks like "l" (lower case L) with font they use.  Could it possibly be a lower case L?

Everything is in uppercase. It's definitely not a lower case L

PM me your passwords and I'll see if they match what is generated on my 150 page.

It's a no go.  Same frelling code.  I'm really starting to get PO'ed.

The code is not supposed to change each time you download it. Your registration code is supposed to stay the same.

Make sure you are submitting the correct code some people misread the letters when submitting the code or entering the password.

Some common mistakes are with the letters V,Y & I,L

What you need to do is copy & paste the code from the agent and send it to BadgeHelp.  Then, when you get the email with the code back, open your agent and copy & paste the code from the email they sent.  That way there is no mistakes in typing the codes.  Also, the code the agent has for you to send shouldn't ever change, it's your unique code for your computer.

QuoteTo do a standard search on your computer (assuming you have XP)

Then click on the start menu

Click search

Click all files and folders

Type in the auto name

In the look in box make sure its set to local hard drives (mine is C)

Click search

This is exactly what I've been doing.  When I download both of these autos AGAIN, I get the same stinkin' code.

Now, I just did a search for "BadgeHelp" in all files and folders on my C drive.  I have 2 folders named "BadgeHelp" - 1 is program files.  I found a file called "Bloopage" and one called "HitMe2".  I deleted both of them.  Let's hope that has solved this annoying problem!  Thanks kaz....standby for results....

Although I only save my auto's to the desk top, there is still a file downloaded to program files.

On mine its

Left click on the start menu.

Explore

Local disk C drive (some of you may have the letter set up differant)

Open program files

In there, there is a folder called Badge Help (no I didn't set it up, it just appeared)

If you open that folder up, your auto PROGRAM files are in there.

The item on the desktop is usually just an Icon

I download it to my Desktop, but in order for me to delete it I have to do a search on my C drive and then mark all and delete.

Just like BH says on how to delete their agents.

I download to my desktop but that's the only place I delete from, so I don't know.

When I have to delete something from BH, I only have to delete from my desktop. I click the icon and the whole this gone, I don't have to go looking through my computer. When you save yours where do you save it to?
Try downloading something you haven't from BH and watch where you are saving it to. That's my only suggestion.

I just deleted both for the fourth time and rebooted my PC.  I d/led Bloopage and IT'S THE SAME CODE.  >:((  So just for giggles, I typed in the key BH sent me and it's still invalid.  I did not add any spaces, the key is in all caps just like the reg code.

Maybe they sent me the wrong key?
