Take your addy:

http://hometown.aol.com/biotcheenes4life/images/blue_dicebg.gif


and add   [ img ]     in front and     [ /img ]    at end without the spaces


and you get this:  


This format is used for both the Siggy Box and posting here like I just did.  If you want a pic under your name just enter the addy like the above one in the Avatar space.
