     2.) Browser Internet Explorer,
     3.) Color setting 32 bit
     4.) Screen resolution 1024x768
     5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts unchecked
     6.) What Java you are using?Sun
     7.) What agent are you using?Rackem Up
     8.) What version number is this agent?none
     9.) What specifically is the problem? It's not working at all...HELP...please!

From the BH website:

We are in the process of completely redoing HighStakesPoolAimer so it is FULL AUTO. Expected release for this is probably in December of 2006.
It is now just an aimer and truthfully not that good. This is a definite TRY BEFORE YOU BUY program.
This is a pogo pool cheat or as commonly called a pogo pool aimer.

If it does not work you will have to wait for the update.
