Maybe you should be more specific when you say refuse. Did you speak with him and he told you to sod off? Or is he not answering your emails. Wordz is a businessman. I doubt he would like his name drug through the mud over a lousy 30 or 40 or 50 dollars. I think there is more to this story than meanst the eye.

Sorry but when I had the same problem they were very helpful to me  ... I sent the receipt as proof of purchase and within minutes I had the help I needed
