3 cold baked potatoes, cut into spears
1/2 c. fat-free Catalina dressing
1 tbls garlic powder
1 tbls parsley flakes

Heat oven to 375

Toss potatoes spears with dressing. Sprinkle each spear with garlic powder and parsley flakes. place on cookie sheat. Bake foe 20 minutes or until crispy

Makes 6 servings
