Yes got balls lol. Also if you can't find receipt send them last 4 digits of Visa card and Email you used that will help them locate information on there end.  ;D

So you just sent them the receipt from buying bb7 and they gave you the new codes?  That makes sense, I am glad they do that.  Now all I have to do is find those receipts...... ;)

I had the same problem and typing my old code in did'nt work. I had email with my information for them to give me a code. I have the old version paid but for some reason the new version did not think I paid.  :( It's all better now. ;D

type in you regerstration code from bb7 and put it in bb8 and it will work!  8)

I did download it, and it is not registered yet.  I have 100% shareware left, lol.

so i guess if we send in our reciept for buying the programs, we can get the new registration codes?
