You probably only deleted the shortcut. Delete the file from your badgehelp folder under programs.

Now its saying cannot create file when that file already exists......... sorry stupid when it comes to computers!!!!!!!!!!!! :'((

Hey I bought the Hot Streak  player and when i shut it down i get
