This is one of my favorite's hope you enjoy
8 oz uncooked fettuccine ( I like to use the fresh stuff if possible)
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon Creole or cajun seasoning
1 Jar 7 ounces roasted red bell peppers, drained
1/2 pound fully cooked smoked sausage or kielbasa cut in 1/4 inch slices
2 or 3 green onions

cook and drain fettuccine as per package
while fettuccine is cooking brown peices of sausage set aside
place whipping cream, creole seasoning, and roasted bell peppers in blender or food processor.
cover and blend on high untill smooth
pour pepper mixture into skillet add sausage cover and cook on medium till it thickens
do not boil. serve over fettuccine and sprinkle cut green onions over top
you can also use hot links if you like more heat flavor and sometime's I add mushrooms
Enjoy!
