hi runner i dont know if this will help you but if you can get a hold of a old version of jigsaw dective helper ver 6.0
works  great with no promblems at all  8) and if you hold the left shift button and hit start auto it realy flys was solving puzzles
under 3 min a game

I have given up on both jigsaw autos ..

really upsets me.


I have tried both those programs on several different pc's using different browsers, java, etc.

I just used JD v6.4 to get my badge and didn't have any problems.

Provide the answers to the following questions.

     1.) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)?
     2.) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)?
     3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)?
     4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)?
     5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
     6.) What Java you are using?
     7.) What agent are you using?
     8.) What version number is this agent?
     9.) What specifically is the problem?

yeah ive been having trouble with both it used to work ok but now it doesnt so Im behinde a few badge in there

all Jigsaw Detector is doing for me is the frame its not doing the inside

Jigsaw Detector and Sherlock are 2 different autos for the same game. Some people can not run Sherlock and use jigsaw detector and 6.4 is the most resent version.

I think you are using a very old version. If you go to www.badgehelp.com, it says:

*** 07/15/06 UPDATE *** Version 2.1 of Shelock has been released. If your Sherlock is messing up for any reason, delete what you have and download 2.1.

I been noticing it is not doing the last piece on almost evey puzzle.  I sit here and babysit it, still better then doing it by hand, I guess.

Hello Everyone   trying too get the new month badge for sept .   Sometimes it's skipping pieces ,  not clicking the o.k..   anyone having problems with it ..


Seems to be having more problems then normail :-\.
