I'm not asking you this to be ignorant, but are you sure you have the right game up? I've had the wrong game up before myself a few times, and all those word whomps and whackdowns still get me confused.

Tried  everthing you said to do and it  will not  work  getting same message .Made sure the game was running  before i started  it.

Smooth Fonts
To check if your smooth edges are checked or unchecked
1) "Right Click" your desktop and select "Properties"
2) Click on the "Appearance" tab
3) Click on the "Effects" button
4) "Un Checkmark" the top 2 boxes and press "Ok"
5) Press "Apply

2)FireFox ...Mozilla

3)32 bit

4)1024x768

where do you  check for question 5?

6)J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0

7)Whompster

8  )  agent 2.0 and v1.2. tried them both neither  work

9) Here is the message i get when i start the game  ."We could not  find your game window.Please make sure it's loaded and fully visable on your  screen."

The game  is on my screen and working  i have tried it in both Firefox and Explorer   same problem .

Provide the answers to the following questions.

     1.) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)?
     2.) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)?
     3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)?
     4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)?
     5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
     6.) What Java you are using?
     7.) What agent are you using?
     8.) What version number is this agent?
     9.) What specifically is the problem?
