make sure you are emailing them from the same address you gave them when your order was placed, i made the mistake of asking to send the pw to one email addy and when i did not get it, i emailed them from another addy and no reply, but ONLY after  i emailed from the one i gave them, took no longer than 10 mins, send your receipt at the same time to save time

that is bull.....send them an e-mail showing ur proof of purchase and u'll get it for sure...never wud they take ur money and not give code.....

it wudnt even be worth the hassle to them over $10

 ??? my bank acct shows that on 5/12 money was tooken out for the purchase of momatic and i still have not recieved my password. i do have aol but i gave them my yahoo email...i have sent emails and did every thing possible to get a response from support but im still waiting.. :-\
