The print screen button copies your desktop. You then have to open your paint program which you find by going to Programs>Accessories>Paint When the program opens click on the edit button and select paste. The image I need to see will now be pasted into the new image. You must save this to your desktop and email it to me.

Use the Print Screen button on the keyboard and paste the image in Paint. Save the file to your desktop then email it to me as an attachment

Windows XP:
Right-click your desktop, then left-click "Properties".
Choose the "Appearance" tab up at the top.
Click "Effects..." in the next window.
UNCHECK the 2nd option "Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts:" so that it no longer does edge smoothing.
Click "OK". It will back you out to the previous window.
Click "Apply", then "OK" to close out of THAT window.
You are finished. Close any previously opened online game window, and start a fresh one.

Disable your smooth fonts.
You are using it for Vaults of Atlantis right?

Change your color to 24 or 32 bit.
