yea, adware can delete important things, don't delete anything until you know for sure what they are.

You need to understand what your deleting. it gives you a list of what is being deleted. Just uncheck the file you don't want deleted.

in spybot what do i have to do to make sure i'm not deleting anything i need like remote server?

ad-ware got  my remote server deleted and i had to use system restore point

After I make big changes on my computer, I always set up a new restore point so I don't have that junk coming back.

hmmmmm, i deleted it out of my add/remove program files in the control panels, I had that already in my computer, you get it for free when you download certain things :)

Try Ad Aware (www.lavasoftusa.com) or Spybot Search & destroy (http://www.spybot.info/en/index.html).  One ot both of them should get rid of it.
