I have Norton and it's not a problem for me. Everyones computers are different so I really don't know. You could disable it and just see what happens. People with AOL Browsers seem to have different problems, that's why I asked if you tried IE. You're running something in the background that seems to be messing you up.

     5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked? Disabled
     6.) What Java you are using?Java Runtime Environment Version 5.0 Update 6
     7.) What agent are you using? aces up, ride the tide, and rainyday
     8.) What version number is this agent? all updated
     9.) What specifically is the problem? get booted out of pogo rooms and sometimes i get error message like cripes and unable to connect to server
